Friendly, gentle, accommodating, enjoyable, patient, open and transparent - all things who dont normally expect from this industry. We experienced it all because at first we didnt know what we wanted and then we had the luxury of choosing from from two vehicles and got to drive them as much as we wanted. MArcus waited weeks as we decided and even dropped a car at home to test drive! Wow! In answer to my first question, other dealers were not so accommodating so it must be Marcus and Toyota Wellesley!! More

We already knew what car we wanted, and decided to try the Costco auto buying program which referred us to John. He was pleasant, very responsive, and easy to communicate with.
