I wanted a RAV4 Hybrid for years, since I first saw one at the auto show. I read lots about them online, put together a wish list of features, priced them, trimmed my list, and went shopping on a busy Satu at the auto show. I had the good fortune to meet Barnaby Duplessy as my sales consultant. Besides the hybrid, I wanted a reliable car I could drive for years. With his background and expertise in service, Barnaby assured me I could expect that from Toyota. He sent me on a test drive of the one car on the lot that was close to what I wanted. It wasn't exactly the car for me though. However, the sales team offered to search for another. A couple days later, I went to see what they found. My sister had purchased a RAV-4 from there and referred me to the person she had dealt with dealerships prior to being referred to Wellesley Toyota. Though he was not available to meet with me he referred me to Alens and assured me that I would be in good hands. He was absolutely right. Alens was great to work with.
