They had a big selection of used highlanders for me to look at, but the one I had my heart set on had a minor scratch on the front bumper. Marcus could see that I really wanted that specific SUV, and after speaking with his manager, made a deal with me to get it replaced. I drove an hour and 40 minutes to make this sale, and I would do it all over again if I was to buy another car in the future. I am in love with my SUV and can't thank this group of people enough for making this process so easy! More
