Hello Just wanted to let people know the mazda dealership in Wellsely has done a great job taking care of their clients. I have been leased cars with them 3 times already and my experience at the dealership in Wellsely has done a great job taking care of their clients. They definitely make you feel welcomed as soon as you walk in and part of the mazda family as soon as you walk out. I had a great guy help me out yesterday with my 3 lease and he did a tremendous job making me feel welcome once again he knew his knowledge about mazda very well treated me with the most respect. I have a serious aversion to the car buying process, however, Henry and the rest of the staff at Wellesley Mazda have started to change my perception. The staff was welcoming and pressure free. My Honda was near the end of its run, but I hated the thought of having to go through the dreaded car dealership experience. I walked into Wellesley Mazda not even thinking I wanted a Mazda (I had my heart set on another Honda). Well, to my surprise, I loved the Mazda CX-5 and the experience at Wellesley Mazda with Mercy Guerrero was stress free with no pressure to buy. Mercy listened to what I was looking for in a car and I did not feel rushed during the decision making process. I would go back to Wellesley Mazda again without hesitation and highly recommend the dealership for anyone looking for a new car (even if you don’t think you want a Mazda 🙂). More

I had a good experience getting the car. However the vehicle came with no oil and engine problems and it’s been 3 months and i keep getting the run around with the warranty place, Wellesly Mazda dealers vehicle came with no oil and engine problems and it’s been 3 months and i keep getting the run around with the warranty place, Wellesly Mazda dealership. I’m still paying for a vehicle that is not drivable and I’m a single mother of three kids. This dealership knew that and they are abusing me. Don’t come to this place. I have contacted everyone in this building and the run around makes me sick. If you want to buy a drivable car don’t come here. The extended warranty they sell is trash don’t waste your money or time. More
