I first contacted Andrew via email, and he replied with a personalized video showing the available models on the lot. I arrived at the dealership 2 hours before closing on a Friday and never felt rushed by Andrew or his team. I was able to test drive the cars I liked and received honest answers from Andrew to my questions. There was no sales tricks or pushy strategies involved: the car selection and purchase decision were up to me the entire time. Andrew and Alex Monteiro even stayed one hour past the closing time to help me get better trade-in value for my used car and overall a better deal for the new car. They were beyond accommodating to my questions and went the extra miles for my requests the following days too. Andrew was very responsive to emails and phone calls throughout the buying process. He made sure I had all the required documents before I came to pick up the new car. I also worked with Cole Wright and Matthew Marshall; both are also patient, respectful, and professional in their assistance.
