This is a 5-star rating for the dealership overall (based on its transparency, loyalty program, and other factors), but it's a 5+++++ star rating for the face of the dealership that I got to know best durin on its transparency, loyalty program, and other factors), but it's a 5+++++ star rating for the face of the dealership that I got to know best during my recent hunt for a new car: product consultant Charles Dow. I can't say enough good things about my interactions with Charles. Working with him truly redefines the process of finding one's next car. Charles and I spoke multiple times: at the very beginning of my search for a new vehicle, when I stopped by the dealership as part of exploring a number of makes and models, and then several times at the end of my search when I knew exactly which new vehicle I wanted. He knows Mazda's vehicles well, pointed out key features of each that I was considering before I took each test drive, and was patient with my many questions. He listens well, remembers everything, is thoughtful and resourceful, and has a keen ability to help car shoppers think through their needs, preferences, and eventual choices. He was very pleasant and responsive at all times, including the day I reached him by phone at nearly 8 pm just before the dealership closed. Kudos to Charles for a job well done, and to Wellesley Mazda for bringing him onto their team. More
