After seeing this review online, all our managers got together and did a thorough investigation. We wanted to make sure the customer is happy with his purchase and we will do what it takes. However, after trying to contact this customer numerous times via different ways over two months, we did not hear back from this customer. We would like to briefly describe what happened to our best knowledge: The customer wanted to combine zero APR promotion and cash back and cash incentives from Mazda, which is not allowed by Mazda. We honored the customer the car he wanted at the price he wanted. We never yelled at their children because they didn't bring their kid to our showroom. The customer seemed very happy when he took delivery of his vehicle. We still want to reach out to this customer and figure out why he is not satisfied at the deal he got and the free service program.
