I came in originally interested in leasing possibly a Mazda 3 or something similar. I didn't know much about the leasing options, but was able to get some clear information on how it works. We started Mazda 3 or something similar. I didn't know much about the leasing options, but was able to get some clear information on how it works. We started out by going over my price range for monthly payments and money down. I was able to test drive two vehicles no hassle. The sales person was knowledgeable about the vehicle. One my second visit I had progressed to wanting to finance a vehicle and worked with another agent who was equally helpful in providing the test drive and working through the numbers with me. I purchased a new MAZDA Speed3 for a monthly payment I could afford and a down payment within my budget. I did not feel pressured or embarrassed at any point..the transaction was very agreeable. Thank you. More

People in all departments were helpful and honest. Roberta is great at reading and responding to customer needs without any fake friendliness or pushiness. I also spoke with someone in service, David, who was very helpful and honest. The owner loyalty program and lack of commission based sales made the cherry on top---after many horror stories of new car shopping I was relieved and pleased to commit my future business to wellesley mazda. My wife and I were looking for our second car and the best deal for a fully-loaded mid-sized card. After doing the comparison between different makes and different dealerships over the labor day weekend, best deal for a fully-loaded mid-sized card. After doing the comparison between different makes and different dealerships over the labor day weekend, I had called Roberta to finish the deal on a new 2010 Mazda 6. We didn't have to push hard to find the right monthly payment options for us and Roberta seemed very dedicated to helping us reach our goals. The next week, our first car was in the shop and I wanted to know if the dealership would provide a shuttle service or if I would have to call a taxi. To my surprise, Roberta offered to personally pick me up and bring me to the dealership to sign my papers and finish the transaction. The last process was painless. Mitchell worked with me to make sure that everything finished quickly and never once pushed me to add anything more to the vehicle. My impression of the staff as a whole was that they are relaxed and at the same time willing to put 110% to their customer's needs. It's not difficult to smile and even be friendly around them. More
We just bought our 2nd car from Wellesley Mazda since moving from the UK to the USA in April 2009. A Mazda 3 to add to the CX-9. We had a great experience both times. You can see that staff like to work moving from the UK to the USA in April 2009. A Mazda 3 to add to the CX-9. We had a great experience both times. You can see that staff like to work here. This coupled with the fact that despite the purchases being 15mths apart I dealt with the same people. I really can not say enough positives about WM. The service program they have has also beenm effortless and very cost effective. If you are on the look out for a new Mazda I'd consider going here if i were you. they were not the closest to us (we live in Winchester) but they were by far the most transparent and professional of all the dealers we talked to. keep it up guys. Roberta was friendly and informative. She didn't use any of the usual "car salesperson" lines and didn't bash the competitions products, she simply presented what Mazda had to offer (options, price, review of the usual "car salesperson" lines and didn't bash the competitions products, she simply presented what Mazda had to offer (options, price, reviews and programs). Roberta also was not put off when I didn't care for the Mazda 3's ride and understood that it wasn't the car for me. She mentioned the Mazda 6 was much bigger and maybe would fit what I was looking for. She was patient and professional knowing that I was looking at other vehicles and that I had a busy week when trying to get back to the Mazda dealership to close the deal. More
I bought my third Mazda from Wellesley today. The salesperson, Roberta, was excellent to deal with. She was knowledgable, professional and didn't put any pressure on me to buy a car. I should have gone to them first and will definitely do all my future deals with them. If you are looking for a Mazda in the Boston area, this dealership is the one to go to. Their go to, get the job done attitude and customer service sets them heads and shoulders above the other dealerships in the area. Highly recommended and am referring all my friends and family to this dealership. More
Before entering the dealership, my sense of the car buying experience (anywhere) was that it would be confrontational. I didn't want to play "the game"; I just wanted to buy a car. At Wellesley Mazd buying experience (anywhere) was that it would be confrontational. I didn't want to play "the game"; I just wanted to buy a car. At Wellesley Mazda, there are no games and it is not confrontational. At all. These days, anyone with a computer has access to all the numbers. The public knows what the dealer paid for the car. And the dealers know this. We chose the car we wanted. They brought us a price, along with a trade-in value for our old car (another Mazda, purchased at this dealership). And we negotiated from there, to a price that I could live with (in terms of monthly payments) and they were satisfied with (in terms of their profit). All in all, the experience was excellent. I feel like I got a good deal, and I feel like I will be able to take the car back there for service, or whatever it might need, and be treated as a valued (repeat) customer. I highly recommend this dealership. More
Going into the dealership, we had a good idea of the model/trim we wanted, we just had to drive the car and determine the color that we liked best. The internet sales department was very easy to corres model/trim we wanted, we just had to drive the car and determine the color that we liked best. The internet sales department was very easy to correspond with and once we arrived, we were greated by both Jeff in Sales and Greg, the internet sales manager. It was a great day- we were not pressured at any point and they did not try to up-sell us into another trim level. The sales team receives a flat agent fee, which is revealed to the customer up front. It is itemized on the bill of sale and not built into the price of the car, so that was a bit of a surprise to us. Most every other aspect of the process was easy and seemless. We received 0% financing as advertised due to having solid credit and they did work with us on the price. But, if you expect to "steal" the car then go somewhere else- if you expect a smooth process and great service then Wellesley Mazda is for you. Go see Jeff and he'll give you all the attention you need. We love our new 2010 CX-9 Touring and can't wait to see how the AWD handles in a few months. More
My experience with Wellesley Mazda was a great one and I will highly recommend this dealership to anyone I know who is looking for a great deal on a great car. I had been dealing with Bill who, over the will highly recommend this dealership to anyone I know who is looking for a great deal on a great car. I had been dealing with Bill who, over the phone, took the time to explain scenarios with me, explain his history with the company and explain the deals that he could offer me. I had been speaking to several dealers in the area and after encountering a complete lack of knowledge at one (they told me that the Mazda3 hatchback only comes in one trim!) and unbelievable rudeness at Quirk (their sales manager should be fired for his lack of work, rudeness and dismissive nature) I came into Wellesley Mazda. Bill was not there at the time and Roberta helped me; another stellar sales person! Roberta showed me around the dealership, worked WITH me to get the car that I wanted (as opposed to Jerk...errr... Quirk... who worked to get me into the car that THEY wanted) and was very patient with all of the questions that I had. Then Darren came over, looked at the offer from Quirk, and matched it. Yay! I arrived at the dealership around 7:30 and was there long after they closed- I felt terrible for keeping them there for so long but Roberta, Greg and Darren all were supportive until I walked out the door. They didn't have the car I wanted at their store but were able to get it from another one and I feel great about the whole transaction. After dealing with other dealerships, I was so heartbroken about getting a new car. After dealing with Wellesley Mazda, my spirits were high and I will come back again! As an aside, while I was walking outside the dealership looking at colors a girl and her mom walked out after just buying a new car. The girl was so excited and her experience mirrored mine completely. Keep up the good work guys! More
