I recently moved from out of state. Being new to the area, I googled local dealerships in the central mass area. I've owned a Mazda 6 before and really liked the car. He offered to help and was very easy going. I got a test drive preceded by a virtual presentation. (Very cool). I really liked the car. The owner loyalty program really seems like they appreciate your business. They were very low pressure. I needed to look at my budget. I didn't buy that day. The next time I came back ready to buy. I met Paul, Wayne was off. They explained how they are salaried and get paid a sales agent fee. So, I bought the car and Dan McBride, the Sales manager came out and thanked me. Very easy purchase. I would recommend to anyone that wants a good experience and great customer service go to Wellesley Mazda. More

I visited Wellesley Mazda yesterday and had such a great experience that I had to share it. I have been shopping for a new vehicle for about six months. I have test driving about 10 different vehicles by ab experience that I had to share it. I have been shopping for a new vehicle for about six months. I have test driving about 10 different vehicles by about five different manufacturers. I met lots of sales people and managers during my journey and by far Joe and Dan were the most knowledgable and easy going. Joe took his time with me explaining the differences in packages and helped point me in the right direction from the start. After going on a fantastic test drive I knew that the Mazda 3 hatch with skyactiv technology was going to be my next new car. Joe invited me inside his service department, introduced me to his service crew and then we proceeded to work out some of the details on purchasing the car. I wont say what I paid, but I know it was a fair deal and most importantly Joe really maximized the time I spent at the dealership. I never felt like my time was being wasted or not appreciated. If your in the market for a new Mazda and don't want the run around then go to Wellesley Mazda and ask for Joe. More
