After visiting countless sleazy dealerships (cough cough Kelly Nissan of Lynnfield)....I found Wellesley Mazda. I worked with Ritchie Dinkins Jr. He was a phenominal saleman. He was also on my side when it came to negotiating the price and got me a $ that was right. He even drove all the way to my house (which is pretty far away) to give me my registration sticker (someone working the night I went to pick up my car did not put it on muy plate). The only thing I didn't like was that they had no spare key which was invconvenient considering the cost they charge to make it). However, Ritchie was always there to help and was never pushy which is a huge plus!!! I also worked with Mitch Harris with the financial part. He was great and explained the warranty over and over to me very patiently. I highly recommed working with Ritchie Dinkins and Mitch Harris. We just showed up on a Saturday and had the pleasure of having Richie greeting us. He was as helpful and respectful as you can hope. But we made up our mind not to make any decision on the spot. We wanted to know the cars and get the offers then think about them at least for a night. Richie and the manager (forget the name, sorry) respected our process and didn't pressure us. I really appreciate that. We ended up buying a different car from a different dealer because we figured out that we have some different needs. But I really do like how Wellesley Mazda, especially Richie, conduct business. I will definitely go back when I need to replace my other 12-year-old car, which can be pretty soon. More

We were shopping for a new car, Eliana greeted us at the door and was very helpful and friendly. She was able to help us find a car that fit our needs and let us test drive it. I went to the dearlership for service on my Mazda 3 Sport. While I waited I decided to go to the showroom and inquire about an SVU I was interested in.
