We had as great of an experience as could be expected, given our circumstances. We were on our way to Estes Park for vacation when our vehicle’s engine died. We happen to be right by the dealership and it given our circumstances. We were on our way to Estes Park for vacation when our vehicle’s engine died. We happen to be right by the dealership and it turned out to be a godsend. We talked with Raul, who understood our plight and guided us through the process. He was very professional and friendly. This could have gone badly and we could’ve been stranded but he, along with Derek (Manager) and Brandon (finance) got us through this as stress-free and smooth as possible. I appreciate all their work and am extremely grateful that, if my car had to give out, it happened at this dealership where this group was prepared to help us get on with our vacation.
