I called about a used truck as you noted, the used car sales manager switched me to another sales person, he told me the truck was still available, if I wanted to submit an offer, so I did, very close to sales manager switched me to another sales person, he told me the truck was still available, if I wanted to submit an offer, so I did, very close to asking price, I called a few times asking for an update on my offer or maybe even a counter offer, No response, after 2 hrs. they finally answered the truck was now Sold. After approx. 2 1/2 hrs. the sales person sent me a text saying he was sorry, he had been with a customer. Needless to say, I felt their procedure was very unethical and non professional, this is the type of action that gives Used Car Salesmen their bad reputation, in this case very deserving. More
