I came to Greeley this Christmas weekend to spend time with family. No where on my agenda was it planned to purchase a car. I was telling her how badly my family needed another car, but I was sure I wouldn't qualify for financing. She suggested we look up Weld County Garage on the internet. I found a Chrysler Town & Country at an incredible price. I also was able to begin the loan process on line which made it more convenient to begin the financing process before I even walked through the door. I was still very anxious about the whole process due to the fact that a majority of the cars I have purchased at other dealerships had been very upsetting. I had also remembered that the vehicle we currently have, my parents had purchased at Weld County Garage and they had said what a positive experience they had had. When I went the next day to the Garage, I was greeted by Dustin who is an internet sales person. He immediately began to ease my fears of the whole buying experience. He was very patient with me when I began crying because my nerves were getting the best of me. Austin, who is also a internet sales person, was extremely knowledgeable of the CAC financing program which I qualified for. He explained to me that this program is designed to help build my credit back up. This has been the first truly positive experience I have had when buying a vehicle. There were some minor things that needed to be checked on the vehicle that the Garage volunteered to take care of. When we took the van into the service department we spoke with the Service Manager, Roger, who not only saw to our concerns but said he would make sure that a 2nd full inspection would be done to ensure a safe return home to to Lamar, CO. In the future, I will definitely be back to Weld County Garage to purchase any future vehicles, even if I have to drive across state to do it. More

He mad the whole car buying experience pleasant and not stressful (as in not making you 2nd guess your self in what your doing because your being pressured into spending more money then what you think you can afford). We told Shannon what we could afford in our budget and he didn't make us feel uncomfortable by trying to get us to spend just a little more when we couldn't afford to spend "just a little bit more".
