This was the best car buying experience I have had. I had been looking at trading in my car for a few months and had been browsing the internet and doing some test driving. I located a car on the WCG web site and was able to see the carfax, see the price and all the relevant info. I stopped by and met Chase and went for a test drive. He knew all about the car and could answer all my questions. When I told him I just wanted to drive the car that night he had no problem coming out in the cold. Already this had been a unique experience...no pressure, no sales pitch, just a test drive where my questions were answered. I got home and applied on line for financing through the WCG website and got a call back from Dustin that I had been approved. In the morning we negotiated over the phone and when I returned to WCG to sign the paperword there were no additional costs or surprises (accept for the cookies which was a good surprise!) Dustin was very transparent with rates, costs etc... and answered all of my questions. No crazy haggeling, I just told him what I wanted to pay and he worked it out. I know its hard to believe but I actually had fun buying a used car! Thanks guys! Your the best and I'll definetly be back! More

From the time I called until the time I drove off the lot with my new Enclave, the entire staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. Felt as though they were very dishonest. They became very upset when you call there tactics into question. I knew what my credit score was and that I was hesitant to pull it again as had been at another very upset when you call there tactics into question. They could not give an idea without pulling it so I allowed them to and low and behold they couldn't tell me anything yet again because the banks were closed. When asked to speak with manager he told me in so many words it was me and thats how they do business and since they have been around since 1908 they must be doing it right as I was told. I was very upset because I do not think things should be conducted in such a manner. I feel that the vehicle was a good price but because they were not upfront with the process they will not get my business. More

I can only say good things about my experience with Weld County Garage. I was in the market for a Lincoln Blackwood (very rare vehicle) and in July, I stumbled across one in Florida. I contacted the dealership through their website, but they didn't seem to have much interest in dealing with me. A few weeks later, I found a Blackwood located at WCG. As I surfed into their website, Adam Burnett was able to detect my presence and initiated a chat. He asked what I was looking for and the like. I few hours later and much to my disbelief, Adam was calling me to tell me the Blackwood was mine. A few days later, I flew to Denver and Adam picked me up. We drove back to Greeley and finished off the paperwork. Everyone at WCG was friendly and seemed to sincerely appreciate my business. I got the truck of my dreams and I got it at a fair price. WCG even found a finance source for me and NOT one of those preditory loans outfits either. Since the day I picked up the Blackwood, I get compliments daily. Believe it or not, its a real chick magnet and I feel absolutely fabulous driving it. I most certainly would recommend Weld County Garage to everyone.
