I was Greeted by Ricki and soon we had a truck that fit my budget. I was very pleased also working with Grant and we worked out a Great deal and in a short time we had our truck. Great service I actually purchased a (used) truck here at the end of July and purposefully waited to write this review. Not that I was dissatisfied with anything at the dealership, but I wanted to make sure they would do what they said they would with my vehicle. From the beginning, Alfonso was great. With his initial call and follow-up calls, he was determined to get my business without being overbearing. When we finally met to look at the truck, he didn't try to sell me anything but what I wanted. He is very laid-back and there was never any high-pressure sales. There were a couple of issues with the truck I was buying so I had some stipulations written into the deal. The dealership came through with flying colors, honoring everything they promised. When it came time to sign paperwork, Joe Castillo was equally laid back and easy to work with. No high pressure to buy additional warranties, etc. Overall, I would say this was the best car buying experience from a dealership I've ever experienced. They also proved to be the most honest (not the typical statement for a car dealer!) This is the 20th vehicle I've purchased, so I've had plenty of experience with dealers! I have been working with Thad at Truck City for 18 year or so and believe they run the best service department in the area. I will be back the next time I'm shopping for a vehicle. More

Jared was professional and knowledgable. 10 months after purchasing the car we needed to use the warranty we purchased with the car from an independent company. The company initially denied our claim. Far above and beyond any of our expectatopns, Jared and the general manager Grant acted on our behalf and got the warranty company to cover a new engine. They even paid to tow the car to Greeley to have the work done by a licensed Suburu dealer. We will be making that drive again to purchase our next vehicle. This is the way great customer service should look. More
