Phenomenal Business!!! WCG never ceases to amaze me on meeting and/or exceeding my expectations. Third trip to Greeley in three days was the charm We went in looking for a RELIABLE low cost vehicle for our son. We took a car on a long test drive, no issues. We got on I25 headed back to Cheyenne w We went in looking for a RELIABLE low cost vehicle for our son. We took a car on a long test drive, no issues. We got on I25 headed back to Cheyenne when the car started to pop out of 5th gear. We immediately pulled off and contacted the dealership, they told us it was a simple repair and reminded us that it was an AS IS PURCHASE. Not even 24 hours later the entire transmission stopped working... Less than 100 miles on it after purchase! We are towing it back to their dealership right now! Update- the dealership got ahold of us the next day. They made a more than fair resolution to the problem. We drove back to Greeley, met up with the salesperson and they took us through the process again. We ended up with a very nice car for what we paid. Seeing that they were willing to fix the problem would make me willing to recommend this dealership, just be buyer beware when it comes to as is purchases. More

This happens with every appointment, every one gets the same appointment time, will not return for any service.
