Cary Maes.. tbe best salesperson ever! My husband and I had a wonderful experience buying our Toyota Yaris from Weld County Garage last week. We had been having front end issues with our previous car and were running out of options. Cary Maes got us right in, kept everything running quickly while setting up the deal, and got us the sweetest car at the sweetest/ most affordable deal! Cary sells cars from his heart. That is the way it should be! For instance, he drove all the way up to NUNN, when our previous car broke down, when we could not find anyone else to bring us back to Greeley. Poor service Got an appointment for an oil change. Figured I'd wait because it's just an oil change and I had an appointment. Hour and a half later they had not ev Got an appointment for an oil change. Figured I'd wait because it's just an oil change and I had an appointment. Hour and a half later they had not even started. Customer service was very poor when I kindly asked for an estimated time. They avoided any conversation with me and just replied, "We're busy right now sorry". If they are going to accept appointments they need to have the manpower avaible to fulfill the service in a timely manner or reject the appointment. If I had showed up without an appointment it wouldn't be an issue. I purchased my vehicle here and sales staff was great! Can't say the same about the service... More

Bad experience As soon as I walked up to the dealership there was no one approaching. I had to look for someone. I was interested in a car I had seen online and when As soon as I walked up to the dealership there was no one approaching. I had to look for someone. I was interested in a car I had seen online and when I found a salesman ( Cary Maes) , it almost seemed like they judge on how you look. Being so young I felt like the salesman was not interested thinking I was not a serious buyer. While on the test drive he knew nothing about the car, the paperwork was a mess he was just running back and forth. Needless to say I walked out, went to Greeley Subaru and bought a brand new 2017 Crosstrek! More
