The quality and personal service that we received from the sales staff was outstanding. They took the time to satisfy our needs and provide us with the education and explanations that we needed to make informed decisions. They were ready to help and serve our needs in any way, from having cars ready to go in order to test drive on short lunch breaks to staying late on multiple nights to accommodate us in every way. The help we received was exceptional from start to finish. We started with our go to guy Rick in service, who refered us to Robert in sales, had the pleasure of meeting and negotiating two deals with Grant, and wrapped up two late nights with the thoughtful ladies, Melissa and Sheldy, to finalize the paperwork. Even had a quick sit in with Shannon who handled some extended warranty issues for us. It was a sprint and we crammed it into two long days, but couldn't have hoped for a better car buying experience and Rick always has our backs in the service department. Special thanks to Robert and Grant though for really going the extra mile. More

That said, I had never dealt with the sales team until recently. I have been through many dealerships, talked with countless salesman and it was all the same at other dealerships. High pressure, and low offering for my trade in. Adam was different from the beginning. From the moment I walked through the door Adam was always about finding me the best fit for me. We figured out my price range, the exact vehicle I wanted. For unforeseen reasons I couldn't pull the trigger when we found a truck for me the first day. But after a month of consistent follow up and work by Adam, I was able to get what I wanted out of my old vehicle for trade, and get into the truck of my dreams. I couldn't be happier with the level of customer service that I have been shown by Weld county Garage and Adam. I have always believed that one time customers are a decent way to make a business limp along, but the customers who return for life, are the ones that make a business truly flourish.
