We purchased a Ford F-150 from them, only to discover shortly after the extended warranty had expired that it had experience with Weld County Garage. We purchased a Ford F-150 from them, only to discover shortly after the extended warranty had expired that it had an outstanding recall on a faulty transmission. This is utterly unacceptable and shows a complete lack of transparency and responsibility on their part. Not only did they fail to disclose this critical information during the sale, but their customer service has been unhelpful and dismissive when I reached out to address the issue. They seemed more interested in making a quick sale than ensuring the safety and satisfaction of their customers. I strongly advise anyone considering buying a car from Weld County Garage to think twice. Their lack of integrity and customer care is appalling.
