Billed $1890 for service work never performed I brought my truck to Weirs because my it did not start. They told me I had water in the fuel tank and would cost $1000 to drop the tank and drain so, brought my truck to Weirs because my it did not start. They told me I had water in the fuel tank and would cost $1000 to drop the tank and drain so, I told to proceed. After, they said I had a bad fuel injector and needed to be replaced at a cost of $1000 so, I said to proceed. Next they told me I had a bad cylinder and need an engine rebuild or a replacement engine. I declined, paid Weirs $1890 and had my truck towed to another mechanic. The new mechanic told me and showed me, video and photographic proof, that the tank was never dropped, the bad fuel was never drained and the fuel injector was never changed. The new mechanic drained the bad fuel and now the truck runs like a champ. I e-mailed the owner and the service manager who both refused to work with me. All my interaction with Weirs Motors service was via phone and I assumed I was being treated fairly and honestly. Beware Weirs Motors Arundel Maine. More

Mislead Looked at a Traverse sounded good on the phone but I live a quiet a bit away from them. We started to mike the deal and they blue booked my trade for 2 grand less than KBB, I asked why and they sent me the KBB sheet to so me their price to find out the price they gave me was two wheel drive and mine is AWD. I pointed that out and the salesman said they booked it right I was mistaken. After going back and forth he admitted trying to low ball me on my trade saying that way he’s sure I was serious about buying. Dishonest I will never buy anything from them and all should be ware, check your values and don’t go by what they say. More

Worse Experience Ever!! Do not buy from Wiers!! I purchased a 2015 GMC 3500 from Weirs in the beginning of December 2017. It’s been a month and a half of owning it and it’s b Do not buy from Wiers!! I purchased a 2015 GMC 3500 from Weirs in the beginning of December 2017. It’s been a month and a half of owning it and it’s been back to their dealership 3, going on 4 times. They had the truck on their lot for four months before I purchased it. The first time I test drove it I noticed a few issue that I feel should have been caught before it ever hit the lot, but they weren’t. I returned the following week after purchasing the truck to have these items repaired and a new plow installed. Long story short, I received the truck back with more issues than I dropped it off with. Never return phone calls and the owner Ken is no help(didn’t even tell me he was the owner or offer to resolve the issues I’ve been having with poor customer service). The service managers favorite response to my issues is “Yeah” or “okay” with no solution to my problems. They love excuses of why they can’t find problems. Lots of other issues that I don’t feel like explaining. But take my advice, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!! More

Awesome Service Department I have used their service department for all of my GM vehicles over the past 10 years. Was treated like a customer and they wanted to my business. More
