I made the appointment speaking to someone in the service department about a month in advance. I received a text message confirmation the day prior. I arranged childcare and drove from chino hills on the morning of my appointment only to be told that the service department was closed. No one had the decency to call customers prior to completely disrupting the day with your error. And still to date, no one from Weir Canyon has followed up with me to offer any sort of apology or explanation. I had written off any future communication with Weir Canyon but alas here we are again. I received a text message Monday calling me “Douglas” and thanking me for choosing them. On Wednesday I received a text message and phone call from a service member telling me my vehicle is ready for pick up. Uhhh…I am not Douglas, nor is my husband, and we did not drop off a vehicle with you. Do me a favor Weir Canyon—delete any of my information from your system. You’re a joke. More
