Mindi, When you have an opportunity to speak, please contact me, as I'm a bit confused as to why the other mechanic was able to diagnose this issue but did not complete the repair. Also, your claim is totally out of character for the advisor who helped you, which is why I'd like to learn much more about all of this. I hope to hear from you soon.
