I usually go to the Ontario location to get my oil changed but I came to Weir just because place caught my eye but my experience was ok the guy that attended me was polite that maybe one reason why I changed but I came to Weir just because place caught my eye but my experience was ok the guy that attended me was polite that maybe one reason why I would come back otherwise I wouldn't my service was done and my car was parked in the parking lot for exactly 17 mins. And I had to notify someone why I was still waiting. No explanation. They didn't put the next oil service sticker. And they don't provide complimentary car washes like other places More

The staff in the service area are amazing. Maddie Martinez was welcoming and gracious. And at no time did I feel like I wasn't being listened to. If she didn't know something, she found out Maddie Martinez was welcoming and gracious. And at no time did I feel like I wasn't being listened to. If she didn't know something, she found out the answer. She made having a tire replaced enjoyable. I purchased my first Honda (a 2005 Honda CRV) at weir canyon Honda. And since then, it is my go to place for service. Maddie and her co-worker Joshua Martinez, who was Maddies go to person for answers she didn't have. They are the kind of service professionals any top notch company would dream of having. I will continue to go to Weir Canyon Honda for all my vehicle service needs. Thank you. More
