I called last week to make an appointment to get a recall fixed as well as an oil change, I confirmed with the service advisor on Thursday that the part for the recall was available, she said they had one pa fixed as well as an oil change, I confirmed with the service advisor on Thursday that the part for the recall was available, she said they had one part left and that she would hold it for me until my Saturday appointment. I dropped my car off on Saturday and the service Advisor called me 30 minutes after I left to tell me that they actually did not have the part anymore to fix my recall, and explained someone must have “stole the part to complete someone else’s recall.” I was extremely disappointed in the lack of diligence and organization, and I was not offered any sort of resolution other than that I would be “first on the list when parts became available.” This is extremely unacceptable as a new car owner and my first visit to the dealership for service. More
