Last visit to serviceversion unsatisfactory. Work said done was NOT. Upon pickin up my car, I wasn't even told about a rodent nest they found on my cabin air filter. I called, and was assured it was cleaned out, but not replaced. No one called to ask if I'd want it replaced. So we bought one elsewhere. When we went to install it, we discovered it was NEVER cleaned. Nest was still there and filter was dirty. Very disappointing. We've had good experiences in the past, as we own two Hondas. Not this time. Also, drop off and pick up were confusing. More
