This review encompass’s 2 events; both were service related and with the same service agent, Maddie Martinez. the First was a normal scheduled oil change with a transmission service. Drop-off, wait time, pick-up when perfectly. (Apr 24.2024) The second event was an emergency (May 1, 2024) where the vehicle lost the entire instrumentation (dash) board functionality. While my wife was still in transit, I called the service department where Maddie answered. I quickly relayed the events and status of the vehicle where she was able to get the vehicle in ASAP. I then was able to direct my wife to the Weir Canyon Honda Service Center and coordinate Maddie receiving her. The car is a work vehicle, so my wife was a little tense about her daily meeting schedule. Maddie not only calmed her down but had her smiling and relaxed. The Issue with the vehicle was a 'first' for service center and again, Maddie was fantastic. She was in constant contact letting me know the findings, the approximate time to repair (2-Days), securing a temporary vehicle, and even allowing for an extra day due to my wife's schedule on the return. We returned the car on a Saturday morning and even though it was busy, she got us in and out super quickly. I know that there is a team of techs behind Maddie and I'd like to extend a 'thank you' to them as well. But I am super thankful to her for making the issue seem trivial and keeping my wife's business uninterrupted. My wife also wishes for me to extend a special thanks to your service department Team. Well done! More

The entire experience from arriving at the service drive to picking up vehicle when it was ready was very professional with an excellent service level.
