I brought my car to this dealer after it was at another mechanic who diagnosed the problem and even went as far as printing out the bulletin for them. They refused to help me or take care of my problem. Wh mechanic who diagnosed the problem and even went as far as printing out the bulletin for them. They refused to help me or take care of my problem. When I asked to speak to a manager they told me that the manager was on vacation. I was paying out-of-pocket for a rental car And the issue my car was having was a known issue with 2017 pilots. Not only did they refuse to help me even after I told them I felt unsafe being a commuter with little kids, but they were extremely rude to me and couldn’t even look up from their desk when I came to pick up my vehicle then when I challenged the fact that they had not completed the repair three grown men got in my face and ganged up on me. I do not deserve this kind of treatment, especially as a woman, and I’m highly concerned for my safety driving my vehicle after they supposedly cleared it. Why is it that another mechanic could diagnose the problem with one test drive and yet this is supposed to be their inventory and they Denied that there was anything wrong. More
