Fast service but they disconnected car seat and didn’t inform me. Put my kid in and noticed it wasn’t buckled. Also, repaired my fuel pump under recall but sent me home with a broken fuel gauge. Service person Joshua was great. However we brought our car in to see if there was a simple way to open a stuck hatch. The proposal came back at over $700 to fix the wiring. We declined the work but had to pay $150 for diagnostic. To do the diagnostic the simple trick to open the hatch was used. That how-to for the simple trick was what we had asked for. Seems like we got charged $150 for what should have been a minute or two of help. More
