They simply suck. I was shopping for a new civic using the internet and phone. They quoted me a different price on the phone and insisted me on paying $200 more once I was at the dealership. I would not suggest anyone to buy or service they car(s) from them. I ended up buying my civic from Santa Ana Honda. The Sales person was Damon and his service was awesome!!! More

Spoke with the Internet Fleet manager several times on the phone. Confirmed price with Fleet Manager on phone, told me to come down to sign the deal. Went to see the Fleet Manager at the dealership, was the phone. Confirmed price with Fleet Manager on phone, told me to come down to sign the deal. Went to see the Fleet Manager at the dealership, was given a price $1000 over what he quoted repeatedly on the phone. When questioned about this, was given the run around and tried to pressure me into signing a contract. Poor sales skills, poorer professional skills, and no customer service whatsoever. Don't deal with this place. More
