I bought a new Honda Civic Sport Touring Hatchback. My salesman, John "The Greek" Mouroulis was the greatest!!! I had been to other dealership and, tho the car I wanted was at a different dealership, no My salesman, John "The Greek" Mouroulis was the greatest!!! I had been to other dealership and, tho the car I wanted was at a different dealership, none of the other salesmen would even call to see if they could get the car. I told John where it was and he was on the phone right away and told me he could get the car. They got the car and while it was being driven back, I quickly finished up with the finance department where everything was explained to me before I signed in 10 places and I was done! Great service by a delightful salesman!!! You go Greek Man!!!!!!!!!!! More

A Relief Because I was in the market for two cars, I thought this experience would be particularly arduous, and I wasn't looking forward to it. But I was wrong Because I was in the market for two cars, I thought this experience would be particularly arduous, and I wasn't looking forward to it. But I was wrong. My wife and I had visited the dealership a month or so ago, looked around, saw what we wanted, and made an appointment to come back. We did, and Hooman took care of us. He was gracious and helpful. He showed my wife and me different cars, and was not shy about making his recommendations. He walked us through the process and cut corners with the paperwork when he could. He even took me home (about 7 miles) to get some things that I needed to complete my application. When it came time to sign, he showed us several options. We discussed which were the best options for us, and the rest was a piece of cake. The whole process, once my wife and I made a decision which cars we wanted, took less than 90 minutes. It would have been even shorter, but Hooman was effectively thorough. If you buy or lease and Weir Canyon and work though Hooman, the experience will be a lot easier than you thought; in fact, you might even find it kind of fun. More

WASTE OF TIME AND WOREST CUSTOMER SERVICES. ONE star is too much! No customer service at all !!!!!!, Terrible service!!! Actually no service at all !!! also, this is the WORST place to buy a car. They are lack management, professionalism, and interpersonal communication. Very rude and irresponsible. In addition, personally I will never think to buy any Honda or Acura after this bad experiences. I got a deal on line for my cousin online with Tri Le, Internet Sales Manager to buy a 2017 CRV EX. After discussing all details through emails, we made an appointment to purchase the car. When we arrived there for our appointment time, they told us that the color we requested is not available and they would trade the car with a sister dealer! They added that the process should take about two hours, we did not mind! After about an hour, they said that the car they requested from the other dealer is not ready for pick up until the next day!!! WHAT???? Such a lack of management and communication, we drove all the way from S.F.Valley, it is over 60 miles and it took us over TWO HOURS to get there!!!! We had to skip work to be able to go, we may not skip another day of work just because of lack of communication and management among the entire staff??????? We requested to talk to the manager and get accommodated on the price if we decide to drive another two hours the next day. We met with Michael W. Baker, Sales Manager, worst and rudest manager you may ever encounter!!! He started off by saying that we have come to their dealer because of the best price and interest!!! OF COURSE WE DID that is why we have online shopping dummy, he also stated that they would pay $400 to get the trade done, well that is not our problem!!! He did not even apologize for not having the car ready according to our appointment or contacting us to reschedule. However, that does not mean that when we have an appointment set up already accordingly to the detailed car, when we show up he tells us that “FIRST-COME FIRST-SERVED.” Why no one had contacted us in advance and set up another appointment when the car is physically in the dealer. We just left him talking because he was very rude and disrespectful. In our way out, we met a different manager and he smiled and asked if everything was going well, we said “NO” they offered to help and solve the problem, we still did not like the way we were treated and we are not giving them our business. Eli Mickel, Finance Director came into the picture and tried his best to work out a better deal to accommodate to our wasted time and energy, but without no luck. They offered to deliver the car to the house, but after all this bad experience, I COULD NOT TRUST THEM ANYMORE. I left and I WILL NEVER EVER FOREVER GO BACK AGAIN AND NEVER CONSIDER AS A HONDA FAN. More
