We were able to purchase a used vehicle still under warranty that met our needs and kept us within our budget. John was very attentive to our needs! I changed my mind on the color of the Honda Civic after I test drove it being that he had to move a few cars around to get the one I wanted out. No haggle in the price and/or the financing. All was agreed to in my favor. My daughter was pressed for time so Mike gave her a ride home while I was in the financing department. Then, I needed to return the rental car I had a couple of miles away and while my new car was being washed, Mike helped me take back my rental car. The financing department was a little lengthy as I listened to all the extra packages that I could purchase. Before I drove away, Mike sat in the car with me and explained the bluetooth, radio, etc. Mike called me a few days later to see how I liked my new car. I know the service department is just as good as my daughter has a Honda Accord and has been there several times for oil changes, etc. Excellent, Excellent, Excellent............ More
