Jon was very patient and accommodating, letting me test drive all a few different models until I settled on what I liked best. Then he was more than happy for us to take our time thinking about it. Very nice, and wasn't at all pushy (which can be a frustrating aspect of buying a new car). I left and then went back to Weir the next day because they found the exact car I wanted, with the exact colors. Jon was great at making a deal with us, it was a very easy and smooth process. Multiple people have bought their car from Weir, and I'd recommend this dealership and Jon to others. More

We were in a difficult situation with a vehicle to trade in that we were upside down on & he figured out choices that worked out really well for us. So the next time we were car shopping, we called & told Jon (at Weir Honda) what we were looking for & he went to work for us immediately. We wanted a 1 year old Honda Pilot with low mileage etc for my husband & he found us a fabulous deal on just what my husband was requesting. Jon has never been pushy & we totally trust him to always be honest, fair, and negotiate us the best deal he can. Yes, I highly recommend Jon Bergstrom. More

Worst experience, very uptight and actually pushed me off to someone else. Thankfully, that someone else was Jon. Very easy going, no nonsense, quick and direct buying experience. He knew what I want, answered all my questions without any pressure. This had to be the most painless experience I've every had buying any car from any dealer. Weir Canyon almost lost a customer, but because of Jon, I'm happily driving my new Honda! Kudos Jon! I went back to edit my review on friendliness.. I originally gave it 4 Stars due to the first Sales person but recanted. I don't want Jon's review to be marred because of someone else.. so I changed it to 5 stars. More

I like the convenience of the location for both car buying and maintenance. That being said, however, this is still a great place to buy/lease a new or used car. The sales staff are all friendly without being pushy. It seems like they try really hard to give their customers the best deal possible while exerting the least amount of pressure to "sign on the dotted line." We have purchased 2 cars through Robert Langley, who we find to be a genuinely nice guy. If you're in the market for a Honda (or Acura, since they have a sister dealership right next door), I encourage you to check these guys out~! You won't be disappointed. More

Poor Customer service / Service Dept. Today was the second time the service department performed in a substandard way this year. The first time was when I brought in my CRV for service in Today was the second time the service department performed in a substandard way this year. The first time was when I brought in my CRV for service in April. I paid well over 800$ in costs (filters, tires, oil change) only to have to go back because an air filter that was "replaced " wasn't and not only that, the hose/housing for the filter was not even put back on. There was no real apology from service for this, I guess no damage had been done. Except the damage ended up being a lack of confidence in your service department and loss of future business for the whole dealership. Today was the second time. I dropped off my car in the morning after I had scheduled a 10:30 am appointment earlier this week. On the night-drop envelope, the dealer asks for a time "you will be calling" to ask about your car (which is not very customer friendly to put outreach back on the customer BTW) but I wrote in "noon". When I called, I was asked who I work with. I had no idea because I dropped off the key in the night box. Turns out George is his name. When I asked about the car, George said he didn't have a record of it. Then he said there was no key. Now I start to get worried that someone has stolen my car. I had made an appointment for 10:30am and it was sitting outside their department since 7am. Perhaps there is not a policy of checking random cars in the service area parking stalls in the mornings? Regardless, after hearing that there was no key I was confused about whether the envelope had no key or that there was not even an envelope. So I walked George through exactly what I did & what I wrote on the envelope. He clarified that there was not an envelope. He asked me to describe where I had dropped the key (which night drop box?) I described it. He confirmed it was the right location and said he'd have another look and get back to me. When George did call back, he explained that the envelope did not drop down and that if I had done it correctly my car would be completed right now. Seriously? Or, perhaps another reason is that the person checking the night box didn't sweep the entire box? I set an early appointment because I needed the car. Because of the way I was spoken to about the whole situation I decided to come pick up the car. So when George called me back to tell me he found the key I told him not to begin working on the car and that I was coming to get it right now. When I got to the service area the first thing I see is my car sitting unoccupied with the lights on. At least the car was on and not draining the battery. I went in to speak with George but he had gone to "lunch". Jim listened to my frustration and followed me out to the car. He offered no explanation , apology or anything really except that George was at lunch. I wish this was handled differently, that there was some effort at owning their part in what happened. I didn’t find it amusing either time. My time has been wasted and my peace of mind as well. I will not be recommending WC Honda nor will I be giving you my business. More
