I took my car in last week for a new engine noise and some other minor issues. Brian was helpful from the start and Mark was my customer service contact. They had promised the car back by closing at 6:00 but called to say they ran late getting the part and I needed to pick up a loaner car and get my car back the next day. Long story short, I got the rental but forgot paperwork in my Pilot and when I went back the technician had my car completed, BEST experience ever! That tech didn't know I was coming back but finished it that evening. Was able to have my SUV, thank you guys! More
