Service department: Thank you for the most enjoyable experience as I comfortable waited a little over 3 hours. The environment was very pleasant The service was beyond my expectation. He ordered the part needed and said come back in the morning. And Marc even remembered my name and what was wrong with the car when I drove in for service the next day. He greeted me like an old friend that was going to be taken good care of. That does not happen any place else.
