Spoke with Kevin, in parts, about an A/C cycling switch for an Accord. I asked if he would email, or text, the schematic (screenshot) showing the location of the part. He told me his email and phone were both down so he couldn't. I said wow great service considering I've facilitated the purchase of nearly a dozen vehicles from your dealership. He said oh really, in a doubtful tone...your number is from out of the area. I have homes and businesses in New York Florida and California, not that, as a consumer, I have to prove myself to him. If I purchased zero cars he ensured I would continue doing so with his level of service, unfortunately, I have. Hey kevin, fixed operations isn't your bag. If you're assumption were true, that I've not purchased vehicles there, that's the opportunity you capitalize on. You treat them with the utmost respect, courtesy, and service, so that they become customers. Perhaps this is why, at his age, he's still answering the phone late afternoon. Very disappointing results: after making an internet inquiry about a Honda CPO with the internet sales dept., online, we agreed with dealership on a price and a time to pick up the car. As we were headed to the dealer, they sold the car. The worst part is that the sales manager Mike refused to acknowledge his error in selling the car right from under us. So rude, unprofessional on the phone. Don't deal with Eddie either, he was the one who made the deal with us on the phone, and has little respect from his team, resulting in the car being sold without his knowledge till it was to late. The only person who was kind enough to us through out the whole thing is Scott. Polite, informative, and apologetic, even thought it was not his error. Some staff you keep, and some you've got let go. More

Poorly explained contract cost me over $4,000 in payments to the bottom line. Had it been explained I would be paying 5.99% to "rent" a leased vehicle I NEVER would have signed that contract. We had a problem with my daughter's 2019 Honda Civic EXL. The alarm would set and unlock at random when walking past the car. The reason I didn't give them five stars is because we had the car in for problems with the battery while the car was still under warranty. Weir Canyon replaced the battery under warranty, but didn't check to see if there was a reason the battery died other than just wearing out. If they had checked for a parasitic drain at the time it would have saved me and them money and time. However, they did replace the door handle at no cost to us because we were able to show there were factors leading up to this point. I am thankful they did cover the repair at no cost to us. More
Honda Weir Canyon, I usually bring my honda car here for anything but this time their service just got bad. I brought in my car Thursday morning for my broken front struts, even though I already told them w anything but this time their service just got bad. I brought in my car Thursday morning for my broken front struts, even though I already told them what the main problem was (with Jake) it still took the "End of the Next Business Day" for full diagnosis and quote. And guess what, the next day (second day) they told me and surpised me that parts were back order, I mean they could have figured this out earlier the first day. So I ended agreeing with the after market parts which is kind of a surprise knowing I'm at Honda delearship ( sounds like this Dealership is Compromised) but fine with me as long as it gets done with warranty, but it was not easy because I felt like i was getting trap it between corners of my situation since they know my car is not drivable and they quoted me same price as the original parts. Well, initially repair quote was $1600 including alignment for 2 front struts aftermarket parts for my Honda Pilot 2009 where as in American Tire Depot, quoted me $875 half their price quote with the same parts, but too bad I already brought it in their repair shop. I know it will be pricey with the delearship but not as surprisingly so expensive! Then Jake the service advisor, knowing American Tire Depot's price quote rechecked the price and lowered the price quote to $1315 with alignment which is still expensive compared to American Tire Depot's $875 will be completed the same day but my car is not drivable so If I pull my car out to bring it to American Tire Depot I will still have to pay Honda $100 for the diagnosis and pay another for tow truck, so i decided to just let Honda do it and negotiate the price but I guess I made a huge mistake letting Weir Canyon Honda do it. Well Jake lowered it down to $1150, to me still a little far away from ATD's $875 but I took the deal to avoid the hustle, but the hustle is not over, Jake told me the second day it will be ready the next day (third day) morning but again it took the whole day to install the 2 front stuts with alignment on the third day. Mark, service advisor on the third day told me it will be done at 4:30 pm and guess what, it got done exactly at 4:30pm which is so suspiciously obviously intentional but then again hustle is not over, when they could not arrange an Uber pick up for me from my place. Mark said there is not any Uber available which is nuts, yeah its my problem, they could have figured this out earlier and scheduled a pick up early in the morning because I already told Jake I also need a pick the day before plus Uber is always available unless they are not getting paid. So unfortunate that I dont have anybody to drop me off the dealership. This dealership not only NOT smart enough but also complacent enough not to solve problem like this, so I have to wait another day 4th day Sunday (tomorrow) to pick up my car hopefully its a better day. This dealership does not have any shuttle or loaner car and have bad transport coordination. This dealership is not worth my time or your time and they are not worth the price you will be paying. I just wonder what happen to "Honda Helpfulness" i guess now became "Honda Heckfulness". This will be the last time i will be bringing my car here, Weir Canyon Honda is expensively bad service with bad coordination. More
