As for Corey Smith he needs to be a little more customer friendly and professional. At least introduce yourself with a smile on your face. I felt that I was being dismissed and treated with disrespect. Especially when he scoffed at me. Lighten up Corey! Maybe, go for a walk and get some fresh air? That always seems to help me. When I'm having a rough day.
