Great experience!! Fast and frustration free! Buying a car is one of my least favorite things to do, so that's why I sent my husband to work on this deal. When he called me an hour later to tell me he was done, I couldn't believe it!! I ran over, signed papers and was out of there in 30 minutes as a very happy and satisfied customer. I was greated by John, he was low key and I felt like he was there to answer my needs This was nothing like the two other dealers I visited that day. I was greated by John, he was low key and I felt like he was there to answer my needs and questions and to help me find what I wanted while showing me the dealerships options. We quickly located the perfect vehicle for me. The whole process was smooth as silk. In 20 minutes I was in finance they applied no pressure to purchase anything beyond the car. Very unusual. It was good and I've purchased many vehicles. This was the best experience I've had. Highly recommend this dealer, John in sales and Luv in finance. Great team good service relaxed environment. Great purchase experience but lousy car delivery time. Your car washing prep is extremely long. It took nearly an hour to get car cleaned and I was first person for the entire day that purchased a car and Your car washing prep is extremely long. A platinum service dealership would've had car completely ready when I walked out of finance office. More
