I will start by saying we worked with Mac and he was great. In general I am over the outdated / old paradigm sales technique of 'let me go talk to my manager' ... it was a frustrating process. Also, once we agreed on a price, we waited 2+ hours to speak with the finance department. The used car we purchased had 10K miles on it and I KID YOU NOT, the evening I drove the car home the check engine light came on due to an engine issue. I would never buy a car from this place. More
