This was the most horrible buying experience I have ever encountered by far. The lack of integrity and the inability to keep the deal within parameters agreed upon. We went back and forth at least a dozen times, eventually trying to resolve all issues with the 600 lbs pig in a dress shirt John. Though he did in a way try to figure out a deal that would have fixed the issues. A smaller down payment since I was waiting for a ACH to clear my bank . But during that process he stated since the loan was larger the bank required a extended warranty to finance. Not true!!! Then after getting my bank to release my ACH early. I finally brought in a cashier check for 15k and k in cash. We sat around for 2 hours. They had possession of my funds. Finally at 5 pm and when the bank was closed, they decided to tell me that the bank forgot to sign the cashiers check and we could drive back the following day to finish the deal. Then they had the nerve to refuse to give my 1000 back in cash , handed me a check. Guess it was ok for me to wait for my funds to clear, rules for thee but not me, huh? This pigxxxx xxxxxxx outfit is arrogant, they lack integrity and are beyond apathetic. Spend your money elsewhere. These guys are horrible. More

I found the dealership to be Fair, Patient, cordial, and very hospitable. Very professional. Did I get a fair deal? Yes. Could I have gotten better? Yes. But at what cost? To be adversarial?
