Replaced a battery on my 2008 TL under warranty and 11 months later the new battery leaked and corroded the cables. The repair manager was rude and told me pay for the repair, over $300. I recently visited Weir Canyon Acura to look and possibly buy a new car. After I roamed the lot for about 10 minutes a man came out and introduced himself as Ed. I looked around for another 10 minutes and buy a new car. After I roamed the lot for about 10 minutes a man came out and introduced himself as Ed. I looked around for another 10 minutes and found a Acura TL I wanted to test drive. Ed went inside and returned with the keys. After a few minutes into the test drive I smelled a disgusting oder of cigaretts. The oder was so bad that I turned the car around and got back to the dealership as fast as possible. Ed asked me if I would like to come inside so he could give me some numbers but I told him that I needed to be going. I really wanted to buy a car that day but could not go threw the intire process while smelling that oder. I just want other car dealers to know that hygene and bad breath can hurt a dealership and lose a sale. Jaime Lynn More
