Great Customer Service! I was very pleased with my entire car buying experience at Weir Canyon Acura. The entire team (all Mikes!) stayed until almost 11:00 pm on a Saturday I was very pleased with my entire car buying experience at Weir Canyon Acura. The entire team (all Mikes!) stayed until almost 11:00 pm on a Saturday evening to ensure we were satisfied with our new car and knew all about its many features. Mike Kadry, our sales rep, was knowledgeable and friendly. He even shared their pizza with us! I would definitely recommend this dealership. More

I bought my 2006 Acura TSX for Wei Canyon and have had it serviced there for the past eight years - my car now has 135,000 miles and running just as smooth as the day I bought it. Replaced a battery on my 2008 TL under warranty and 11 months later the new battery leaked and corroded the cables. The repair manager was rude and told me pay for the repair, over $300. Told him last time i bring my car to this dealer, out and out crooks, he did not care. I am in the market for a car for my 16 year old, their loss. I recently visited Weir Canyon Acura to look and possibly buy a new car. After I roamed the lot for about 10 minutes a man came out and introduced himself as Ed. I looked around for another 10 minutes and buy a new car. After I roamed the lot for about 10 minutes a man came out and introduced himself as Ed. I looked around for another 10 minutes and found a Acura TL I wanted to test drive. Ed went inside and returned with the keys. After a few minutes into the test drive I smelled a disgusting oder of cigaretts. The oder was so bad that I turned the car around and got back to the dealership as fast as possible. Ed asked me if I would like to come inside so he could give me some numbers but I told him that I needed to be going. I really wanted to buy a car that day but could not go threw the intire process while smelling that oder. I just want other car dealers to know that hygene and bad breath can hurt a dealership and lose a sale. Jaime Lynn More
I was sad to be treated like some one non important . The Service was not really good . I bought this car because I like it Still do . Just that the Guys that work here are rude. The inside of this place feels like a Target store simple boring ,cold. coffee is bad. Just Hate waiting for two hours for an oil change !. Save your time don't come for the service cost is crazy HIGH!!!. The car wash is BAD. The customer service is even more bad . You think with what is cost to buy these cars you would be treated better. Well sad to say the cars are very nice just not this dealership team . Go to Riverside ...... More
I am one picky woman. I expect to be treated with respect and courtesy and not like I am a woman by an auto place (which usually means talking down to me). This dealership has been nothing but excell respect and courtesy and not like I am a woman by an auto place (which usually means talking down to me). This dealership has been nothing but excellent for the car purchase which I negotiated instead of my husband, the services - several mileage services and one warranty issue, detailing, well everything. I have always had a car provided when I take my car in. They have workspace available with computers and internet access to help you be productive. Highly recommend. More
