Very , very professional. Hooman is a true Hero. Hooman's character became apparent the way he welcome with lovely greetings standing outside the office. The weather was not favorable. But disregarding cold he cared for customer inviting them how he can help. All gestures on his side were remarkable. Offering water, tea, coffee can draw anybody's attentions of his hearty hospitality. He gave guided tour of Acura RDX proving superiority of Acura technology. He made learning new car so easy. To save time he requested information on computer that was very nice. All the paper work was ready. Our car was well detailed and washed. By the time our turn came it was quite a while as there were a couple of cars ahead of us. He used all that time introducing other Acura's piece of art creation. We appreciate this. Loranzo is a hack of finance sales person. Very pleasant and thorough person and still caring for customer's comfort and accuracy. It will be my pleasure to mean their supervisor who selected these kind of great, dynamic and magnificent personalities. Neeed not too say I am very happy with the car and more so with lovely team at Weir Canyon Acura. . More

Dealer forgot to put oil cap back I had an oil change on 2/26/18 around 5:30. It was done around 6:15. I went home and I smell like burning oil in my garage. I opened the hood and sh I had an oil change on 2/26/18 around 5:30. It was done around 6:15. I went home and I smell like burning oil in my garage. I opened the hood and shocked to found out that oil spills everywhere in the engine and there is no engine oil cap. I was so disappointed for the service. I took care of my car that I hate something like this happens. What if something wrong happens to my transmission or engine in the future? Will you be responsible for this situation. I’m hoping to keep this car in the future. We bought 2 cars from this dealership already. I am so disappointed. More
