The Costco pricking was just one issue, the other issue was the fact that the sales guy gave us a price and payments. We agreed. Then he comes back and says oh your payment went up because of you credit score. We thought you would run the credit FIRST.. Ok no problem Then we Are In the finance dept. They finance guy was trying hard to sell us the extra stuff . We almost went with The extra warranty, except I asked how much more my payment would be and it was a totally different payment from what the sales guy told us. He said the sales tax was incorrect. We specifically have the sales guy our address and zip code. When he was filling out paper work. We felt this was not right. The payments go up not once but twice?? My husband and I discussed. Not buying the car from your dealership due to all the things happening after the price and payments were agreed upon. Never in our experience of buying cars have we ever had that happen to us. With you it was wasn’t just one thing. If it wasn’t for the fact that we did our due diligence prior to coming to see, we felt the price was probably $300 more than 2 other dealerships. The fact that our family was down a car and we needed a car by Monday we decided to go forward with the purchase after the finance guy changed the interest rate lowering the payment back to what was aggreed upon. And.... we did not buy your extended warranty because we didn’t appreciate the mentioned situations. That’s just too bad because I really like the car and I am seriously considering trading in my BMW for a TLX 3.5 6 cylinder. It’s a beautiful car. Evelyn and Gordon Fong
