Read your entire contract I was purchasing a car from this dealership. I think the price was very fair (better than other dealerships) so I agreed to the purchase. I opted to I was purchasing a car from this dealership. I think the price was very fair (better than other dealerships) so I agreed to the purchase. I opted to go with Acura's financing because of the cash incentive towards the purchase of the vehicle and then would refinance with my bank. I was told by the salesman (Hooman) that after three months I could do that with no penalty. When reading the contract, it flat out states that, if you pay the loan off early, you have to pay the remainder of the finance charges (finance charges were $7900) that would have been as if you kept the loan the entire time. I told him I did not want that and he tried to tell me that after three months there is no prepayment penalty and it is the law. I told him I had never heard of such a law but he continued to insist it was the law. So I wrote on the bottom of the finance contract "No prepayment penalty." (because of COVID, the dealership had dropped the vehicle off at my residence) As the salesman was on his way back to the dealership, he stated he was advised by his manager that I could not change a contract, it was illegal. I advised not if we both agreed on it, but he insisted that I sign a new form with the same verbiage. I told I refused until the prepayment was removed. He refused to remove it so I had him pick up the vehicle. He became angry telling me I was unfair, how could I do that, and that it was the law so I would be okay. I advised I would love the car with the agreement we made. He said he can't change it and I reiterated to pick up the vehicle. Too bad because it was a beautiful car. I went with a new Lexus. More

Prior to going into the dealership I had contacted multiple dealerships and Weir had the best price that other dealers couldn't beat or match. I was a little weary still about going in as sometimes the salesperson will tell you what you want to hear only to change the deal when you end up in their show room.. Luckily this was not the case with Alex. All the paperwork and deal details were as we had discussed over email. All we had to do was to go over some paperwork, turn in our old vehicle, and then give us the keys to our new car. It was smooth and efficient and overall a great experience. I highly recommend working with Alex and crew if you are in the market for a new Acura. More
