2 Weeks and still no Loaner Had to drive for 2 weeks with no AC / Radio / Backup Camera / Navigation because both display in my car suddenly stopped working 2019 Acura TLX. They kept promising a call back once a loaner is available for 2 weeks (Still didn't receive a call back). Called Cerritos Acura, they had a loaner ready for me in 2 days while they service my car. Weir Canyon Acura Service Department is not as it used to be, would recommend visiting another Acura dealer to service your car. More

It was with great pleasure and a surprise to buy my new Acura MDX from Hooman at Weir Canyon Acura. I was very happy with my old 2006 Acura MDX and was at the dealership getting my routine servicing but ju Acura MDX from Hooman at Weir Canyon Acura. I was very happy with my old 2006 Acura MDX and was at the dealership getting my routine servicing but just out of curiosity I asked If there was a salesman who could show me what was on there used car lot. Hooman was an excellent low pressure salesman who clearly knows his inventory and knows the features of each model car and the dates they were made. He answered all of my questions professionally and patiently and even spoke to my husband who was out of town on a business trip and was able to clearly describe the car I was intrigued by and the two men talked about possible finance options. My husband is an attorney and does not tolerate any sleazy fast talk from salesmen. My husband felt very comfortable and confident dealing with Hooman. Despite having no intention of buying a new car when I took my old car in for servicing I did end up buying a new car from Hooman and have no regrets. Hooman was even nice enough to come to our house to help us program our garage door opener and is very helpful teaching me how to work all of the computer technology built into this luxury car. I came by a few months ago to seriously discuss a deal and much to my surprise, these guys remembered who I was. I appreciate small details like that when it comes to customer service.
