No hassle and excellent service! After 15 years of driving my 2005 Chevrolet Tahoe, I decided to start looking for a new car. I was going back/forth between the Infiniti QX60 and the After 15 years of driving my 2005 Chevrolet Tahoe, I decided to start looking for a new car. I was going back/forth between the Infiniti QX60 and the Acura MDX w/Technology Package. My brother-in-law works for Nissan so I would've been able to get a heavy discount plus 0% interest financing. Well, needless to say, the discount and the financing terms weren't able to sway me and I ended up with an MDX. First of all, while starting my search, I was looking for a specific color, Fathom Blue Pearl in 2WD. Well, I was told by several dealerships that this particular color in 2WD was not available in all of southern California. I was in no hurry to buy a vehicle so I assumed my search was over for the time being. That is until Hooman Keyvan from Weir Canyon Acura reached out to me on Saturday and told me that although the 2WD Fathom Blue Pearl MDX was not available, there was a SH-AWD available that he could get through a dealer-trade. I asked Hooman questions about the differences between the 2WD and the AWD and he answered all of them so I moved forward with setting up a meeting at the dealership the following day, I met up with Hooman the following day (Sunday) at the dealership and since the car was not in stock, pending a purchase invoice, he let me test drive the same car in a different color. Hooman is very knowledgeable and walked me through all the features. Of course, I was overwhelmed with everything this car can do but he assured me that he was would be available to help me with questions I had in the future. This sold me and I signed paperwork to get the MDX in the color I wanted. I left the dealership without the car but with the expectation that I would get it the next day. Hooman delivered the car to my house the next afternoon (Monday) and that's when I found out that he had woken up early that morning, drove from his home in south OC, drove to Weir Canyon Acura in Anaheim Hills, drove to Palm Springs (80+ miles), drove back to Weir Canyon Acura to have the car detailed, then drove to my house to drop off the car. That feat right there tells me that Hooman cares about the customer-service experience and I was very impressed by his determination to get me the car. He goes over and beyond the standard and he makes you feel like you are the only customer he is dealing with at the moment. I would highly recommend Weir Canyon Acura and Hooman Keyvan if you are in the market for an Acura. I'm so happy with my purchase and with my sales associate. THANK YOU HOOMAN! More

I had a very difficult problem with my 2013 RDX. The problem was intermittent and very hard to diagnosis. They did some work that was latter determined unnecessary and when I brought this to the attent problem was intermittent and very hard to diagnosis. After investigating he refunded the entire amount and asked me to call him direct if the problem returns. All the people I have come into contact with at Weir Canyon Acura are extremely polite, helpful and professional. More

2 Weeks and still no Loaner Had to drive for 2 weeks with no AC / Radio / Backup Camera / Navigation because both display in my car suddenly stopped working 2019 Acura TLX. Can't leave the car without a loaner due to work and servicing my car would take more than two days. They kept promising a call back once a loaner is available for 2 weeks (Still didn't receive a call back). Called Cerritos Acura, they had a loaner ready for me in 2 days while they service my car. Weir Canyon Acura Service Department is not as it used to be, would recommend visiting another Acura dealer to service your car. More
