Buying my first car My recent experience with Day's in Morgantown was nothing less than perfect. After my car was deemed a "total loss" Ronaldo helped me pick out a car a My recent experience with Day's in Morgantown was nothing less than perfect. After my car was deemed a "total loss" Ronaldo helped me pick out a car and went for a test drive, as they were getting me approved it came to light that the car had literally just been sold. They did everything they could to find me another car I qualified for (which can be hard because I have very little credit history). I got approved for a 2010 Hyundai Santa Fe. I came back the next morning, did a test dive, and was able to drive off the lot and to work within a couple of hours. Best experience ever, no headache, and they were more than willing to answer any and all questions I had. When I am ready to trade for new car I will most certainly be coming back here. Ronaldo wasn't pushy and asked the right questions, I even got a follow up call today (3 days later) to make sure I still loved my car! Eric Holmes was awesome in helping me find financing, getting me a better interest rate, and explaining any extra warranties I might want! And Toni was very accommodating with my tight schedule and made sure I was able to get in to meet with them. They all made the process very quick, easy, and made me and my dad feel at ease by the end of the transaction. Wouldn't go anywhere else. With out a doubt, this is the only place I will be going to from now on and you should too. More
