He showed us a few vehicles that meet our criteria. He was knowledgeable about the vehicles. There was no pressure to buy. When it was time to make a deal, both Ronaldo and Sarah helped us save money by finding us rebates that we qualified for. Overall it was a great experience. Totally changed my mind about dealerships.
