I can't speak highly enough of her. We had the opportunity to meet JB, the GM for this dealership. What a terrific guy! Again, after speaking with him I knew this was the right place to make our purchase. Waiting for the car to be detailed and the paperwork to get done was a joy because we got to sit with J.B. and Cynthia and talk. It's not everyday you find such personable salespeople. Both were very informative about the Santa Fe Limited we were purchasing. They answered all our questions and were very knowledgable of the SUV. Negotiations were comfortable and no one felt they were being pushed around. I would HIGHLY recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a new car, SUV, or truck. Came in for an oil change and state inspection on a 2009 Azera with absoluletly no plans to replace it. Ended up three days later with not one, but two Hyundai Genesis vehicles...a new sedan and a low mila Azera with absoluletly no plans to replace it. I would recommend this dealership to any of my friends. We came to look at a new Accent or something a little larger (but used) thinking we could not afford a new car. He went over the owners manual and even helped set up the bluetooth for our cell phones. We didn't feel pressured at all. I have been to other dealerships where they tried to get you to purchase a vehicle that they wanted to get rid of, not the one that you were interested in buying. This was the best car shopping experience we have ever had. My husband and I were out looking for a car on sunday,not expecting to find the dealership open.But to our surprise here come this very friendly lady cynthia and talked to us, and got to take the tuscan for expecting to find the dealership open.But to our surprise here come this very friendly lady cynthia and talked to us, and got to take the tuscan for a test ride and didnt pressure us in any way. we talked about the suv on the way home and we decided to go back the next day and see what kind of deal we could get., they made an offer and it was not in our budget . they came back with a better deal and it was up to my wife to accept it . we decided to take it and got all the paper work done and they detailed the suv . but the bottom line is that we were very happy with the whole deal .
