The best part I liked about this dealership was that they were not pushy in the office or on the test drive about buying the car right then and there. This allowed me to make my own educated decision. Some of the other dealerships in Morgantown pushed me and constantly talked on the test drive about buying and "I can tell how much you like this car" kind of stuff and that truly pushed me away from buying a car from them and more towards the Day Hyundai staff. Cynthia did a very nice job of explaining the car and taking care of all the logicstical things needed afterwards. She was very patient with me during the process of looking at the cars and let me make my own evaluation of the car without her telling me what to think. Overall, I was very impressed with the overall experience from this car dealer. They gave their honest opinions, provided all the information I needed to make my own decision, and finished the back end paper work quickly. More

I called about a car I seen online and the saleswomen I spoke to Cynthia Field was very helpful and was very energenic on answering all ?s that I had. I have been in other dealerships for service, and I feel like an inconvenience or feel like they don’t listen to my concerns. The service department listens to questions or concerns. Cynthia STILL answers my questions as well. She has often talked to the service department for me or helped me order accessories. Day’s is a wonderful dealership, and Cynthia is excellent!
