Excellent service, knowledge and patience from the time we drove into the lot. Everyone was extremely friendly and eager to ensure satisfaction. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful. Purchasing a vehicle is stressful, however, the staff at this dealership took the stress away and made it enjoyable. The most courteous and friendly salesmen I have encountered when buying a vehicle from a dealership! I started out with a 2008 used vehicle that turned out having fuel problems soon after purchasi encountered when buying a vehicle from a dealership! I started out with a 2008 used vehicle that turned out having fuel problems soon after purchasing it and taken it off the lot. The guys at Day's Hyundia of Morgantown were very assertive in helping solve the problem but in the end the problem could not be solve with that car. Nevertheless, they helped me find another 2010 vehicle which I found to love a whole lot better. They never stopped trying to work the finance part out with me until I was happy. It was a great investment and I will continue doing business with Day's Hyundia of Morgantown. Thanks guys! More

I would NEVER buy or recommend someone to buy a car from here. I was looking to purchase a new Hyundai Elantra GLS and was miss quoted on a price AFTER spending 2 hours here. I feel they used the "bait and here. I was looking to purchase a new Hyundai Elantra GLS and was miss quoted on a price AFTER spending 2 hours here. I feel they used the "bait and switch" method on me. I gave them a second chance and returned a few days later...I ended up settling on a car I could live with due to not being able to afford what I wanted in my price range. I went ahead and had them run my credit to see what interest rate I would qualify for. After being their 2 hours they finally told me they aren't getting a response from the banks. The sales manager came over and told me he would call me after 1 pm the next day. That was the last time I heard from this dealership. I ended up going to another Hyundai Dealer close by (SO glad I did)! I spent less time getting prices and going through the purchasing process at this dealership than the time it took Day's to give me a quote. I also ended up with an Elantra Limited for less than the price of the Day's car (which Day's told me I couldn't get in my price range). Overall, My experience with Day's was horrific and I would never want someone to experience what I did. P.S Day's finally called me a week and a day later. If you want customer service, friendly people, and someone serious about a business transaction DO NOT go here. More

I had an excellent experience at Days Hyundia. I have walked out of other dealerships prior to Days due to rudeness, pushiness, ect. This is the second new vehicle that I havc purchased from this dealership in less than a year...the first thing that I was pleased with was the way that we were treated by not only Pete, our salesman, but by this dealership in less than a year...the first thing that I was pleased with was the way that we were treated by not only Pete, our salesman, but by all of the associates. Service personnel were outstanding when it came time to have our vehicle maintained, and they always contacted me letting me know the status. When we went back to the dealership this time, people that I didn't remember having contact with previously, knew my name and inquired as to how my day was going. It seemed almost as if they had passed a picture around of me and said, if you see this guy today, tell him hello and ask how his day is going! If that's now what you are doing, you may want to start, because it definitely had an impact on not only me, but my wife as well! I work in customer service and have been for almost 32 years, so I know how difficult it is sometimes to please the customer, but I am very pleased with your Morgantown Dealership and would expect that you are too.....
