I spoke with Mr Davenport (Sales Manager) on the telephone before going to the dealership as I wanted to downsize the number of automobiles we owned and wished to to trade in two vehicles on a new o telephone before going to the dealership as I wanted to downsize the number of automobiles we owned and wished to to trade in two vehicles on a new one. Upon my arrival at the dealership I was greeted outside the door by Ms. DeLorean White (Sales Consultant) and before we could enter the showroom, Mr. Davenport greeted me and welcomed me to Day Hyundai. The assurances I had received on the telephone were very quickly realized. Both Everett and DeLorean worked well into the evening hours to make my wishes a reality, while making me feel very welcome and a part of the "Day Hyundai" family.
